Please note that orders for three or less boxes of this product are sent out flat packed - taken out of their boxes and sent out in large padded envelopes, to make significant savings on postage. We do however include the original boxes, so you can rest assured of their authenticity. Without doing this we would have to ship all orders as small parcels, which would increase the cost to our customer significantly. If you specifically need your item boxed - most Twinings tea bags come in boxes of twenty - then this can be arranged, though we do have to make an additional charge to cover the postage.
